[Mobile-Portable] thin antenna cable

I have done a couple of installations bolting the bracket to the side
of the hood. I have always been able to route antenna and power
through the firewall near the steering column. I have not noticed too
much noise. I have always pulled power directly from the battery, so
that helps.
