[Mobile-Portable] Motorola RF Amp Transistor Books?

I am still looking for the "just right" mobile HF amplifier to buy or
build on limited budget.

Motorola used to have:
Motorola RF Transistor Application Notes,... 
...softcover book which had schematics of high power HF amps.

I cannot find these available on the web like I used to...

Does anyone know if they are still available or where to get them?
