[Mobile-Portable] Miller Hash Chokes

-A few months ago someone on the list made a posting
regardng the use of Miller Hash Chokes to solve
alternator whine EMI.  I remember that the poster
preferred the 10 amp version.  I cannot remember how
and where the hash chokes were installed.  Can anyone
who saved that posting or has a good memory provide
any more info?  Thanks in advance.
