[Mobile-Portable] Mobile Antenna on Truck

I originally read the documentation (and I imagine most of the folks who
actually saw it also did too) in an addendum to a booklet by W2FMI
"Building and Using Baluns and Ununs" which showed loss tables for the
various coil types.  I don't think the booklet is in print.

I haven't read of any recent shootouts and some of the results from the
1990's probably can be found in the google newsgroups if you feel like
doing the research.

I've personally learned that people will debate anything if their
favorite antenna is insulted or called poor performing.
