A short suggestion and that is to never have an antenna that is more
than 13'5" tall unless you feel like removing the antenna in order to
pass safely under numerous obstructions.  Incidentally, places with
overhead light rail vehicles (some call them trolleys, others streetcars
or some similar name) may cure your rig's held in smoke problem, you
most assuredly don't want your antenna sticking up too high, and I live
in one of those places too.
