I'm running a TS-480HX (200 watts) in my 2004 Silverado pickup.  I can be 
operating HF at full power with the BOSE sound system turned on and there's 
no problem.  The antenna is a screwdriver mounted on the driver's side at 
the rear bumper.  There are no disclaimers that I'm aware of.
