[Mobile-Portable] Noise in new Ford 6 liter Turbo diesel ?

Now that you mention it, I recall that a friend of mine had a large (3"
long) split ferrite item like you describe - he had found it at a flea
market - no idea of manufacturer or of a commercial source. It knocked
the noise down considerably in his powerstroke Ford. Could you please
pass the source for your 3/4" clip-on ferrites? I would love to try
this!!
