[Mobile-Portable] Noise in new Ford 6 liter Turbo diesel ?

Interesting that you'd say that, since I have two of them and have ZERO
noise (fuel pump or ignition) on either one (both gas - one's a Ranger,
the other is an F-150 Triton V8).

Then again, I can hear GMC pickups on 10m from close to 1/4 mile a way.
The buzz gets louder as they come up behind and fades away as they pull
away (or vice versa).

I don't know specifically about that engine but Ford is infamous for
their fuel pump hash.

With respect to general RF noise, electric in-tank fuel pump hash,
ignition hash, and central chip malfunctions, etc, anyone have first
hand experience with running HF mobile in a F250 pickup or Excursion
with the new (2004 and 2005) Ford 6 liter Turbo diesel engine?

TNX for all replies. 73
