[Mobile-Portable] Bonding of truck body parts

Interesting that you should mention the Dodge w/Cummins...mine is 
quite noisy on HF & 6m as well. I haven't done any noise reduction 
measures yet.
The source isn't the ignition (mine is a 1996, no electronic 
injectors), so that leaves the alternator, the power control module 
(truck computer), what else?
