[Mobile-Portable] Mobile installtion in a Chrysler LHS

I recently purchased a very low mileage 1997 Chrysler LHS, and today 
received a nice Yaesu dual bander for it. Where is the best location to tap 
  for power? I want two circuits - one switched and one unswitched. I will 
probably connect direct to the battery for the Yaesu, but I also want a 
switched line to power an amplified speaker and an XM Radio receiver. I 
don't have a clue where to look to connect that switched line.
