[Mobile-Portable] Screwdriver antenna controller

Jim,
I have the now defunct Am-Comm controller and never had a problem
with my HS-1800 / Pro being mis tuned due to motor brushes so far as I know.
Rarely if ever did I have to touch up the tune one I had the Am-Comm set up.
