[Mobile-Portable] Beginners book??

The best books I've seen are the ones written by Don Johnson, W6AAQ.  Lot's 
of practical information.  I believe they're printed by Radio World 
Magazine, and the first book may be out of print by now.  Don is credited 
with inventing the screwdriver antenna.

Hello fellow mobileers;

As a beginning mobileer I need to read some about proper installation 
techniques, troubleshooting, etc.  Any suggestions on a good H.F. mobile 
book for a beginner?
