[Mobile-Portable] self -QRM on 40m

I had company cars [Pontiacs of approximately the same
90] that my affect was 2 Meters would bounce the
speedometer around and modify the cruise control
slightly. In later models this problem went away with
no changes in the radio.
But as suggested, check the grounds, look for service
reports on the vehical itself. There may be some non
radio issues that are just reacting to RF in the
vehical. I see no harm in the ferrites being put on
also.
