Palomar Elite 600, 500w out SSB/CW 80-10m with 25w drive. RF switched
(no key line needed), lo-med-hi power switch, built-in
switchable preamp, takes just 40-60amps from any DC supply (I use deep
cycle marine battery). Only 3"x7"x10" (slides under car seat), WORKS
GREAT and is perfect for mobile/portable/emergency use (work DX from the
car first call), and also for apt/condo/RV or anywhere space is tight.
