[Mobile-Portable] Spark Plug Wires

The resistor spark plug wires are supposed to suppress ignition
noise. Some cars have resistor plugs for the same purpose. At one
point I had resistor plugs and wires, but the tuneup became pretty
critical, I think I had to put in new points every 6000 miles or so.
I probably would not recommend resistor wires and plugs at the same
time, unless the auto manufacturer recommends it.

I use tubular braid slipped over the wires and grounded to suppress
ignition noise. Works pretty well
