Free admission for both buyers and sellers.
Please bring your own table and chairs.

With the Maryland Ave bridge down and exits closed at I-35E, you will 
need to find another route to the location. Check Google maps and plan a 
route using Rice Street to Hatch St, then east to 37 Hatch.

Bob's Tailgate Yard Sale, Saturday, Aug.4, 8:00 AM to 1PM.

This is at K0IKV Bob's home at 8247 27th Street North in Lake Elmo.

Featured will be George (N0SBU) connector collection and other goodies 
for sale. Indoor space is available with some tables available.

There is plenty of space for parking and selling from your trunk, 
pick-up and trailer. Sellers park in the yard, buyers please park on the 
street. Handicapped park in the yard.

 From 694 in Oakdale, go EAST on 10th Street to Inwood Ave (County Road 
13) then NORTH (left) to 27th Street, then WEST (left), one block.
You will not miss the tower.

My recommendation: CAR POOL!
With GAS at $4 per gallon and a car getting 20MPG, it costs about 20 
cents per mile of travel. If a hamfest is 125 miles away it costs $50 
for gas. That makes attending the hamfest very expensive unless you CAR 
POOL and share the expenses. Four people in a car would be about $12 
each for gas, or under $10 each for 6 people in a mini-van. Support our 
hobby and ham radio clubs! CAR POOL to area hamfests. Talk it up on the 
local repeaters and at club meetings. Pool your gas money and make new 
friends during the trip!
