                Announcing the following AERO Classes:

 

                                AERO 1 -  Basic training in Emergency Radio
Traffic.

                               Saturday March 19, 2011 at the Dept of Health
Building, 625 Jackson Street, St. Paul,  MN  From 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.  Lunch
break from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

                                Please contact Dan Peitso, N0PIY at
n0piy at arrl.net to sign-up for the class.   People MUST be signed up for the
class by Thursday March 10, 2011 because of security reasons.

                                Requirements for class is  FEMA IS-100.b
that can be taken at  http://training.fema.gov/emiweb/is/is100b.asp and a
tech ham license.

 

                                AERO 2 - Net Control Training of Emergency
Radio Traffic

                                Saturday March 19, 2011 at the Dept of
Health Building, 625 Jackson Street, St. Paul, MN from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Lunch break from 12:30 to 1:00 PM.

n0piy at arrl.net to sign-up for the class.  People MUST be signed up for the
class by Thursday March 10, 2011 because of security reasons.

                                Requirements for the class is completion of
AERO 1.   Class size is limited to NINE people only!!!!  Will increase size
of class if more than 32 people sign up for AERO 1.

                                At this point in time I have only six (6)
people signed up for AERO 1 and Two (2) person signed up for AERO 2 with
only ten more days to sign up.  At this point, if I don't get more people, I
will have to cancel the classes.  I want a minimum of eight people for AERO
1 and three people for AERO 2.  I understand there is a big Skywarn class
going on at the same time, but I also understand that class is for net
controller's and not for beginners.
