The organization I restarted last January, following the Haiti earthquake,
has been asked to provide radio communication support for several groups
that are working together to repair some 2,000 houses that will allow some
6,000 to 8,000 families to move out of the overcrowded tent cities in
Port-Au-Prince into permanent homes.
I have put together a public appeal letter. It is attached. Can you give
it a read and pass it on to anyone that you believe may wish to help and ask
them to pass it along in the same way. We need to get this letter to as
many people as possible that may be willing to help by mid-day Tuesday.
If a lot of people will help in a small way, we will be able to do our part
in helping thousand to get back into permanent homes.
Thanks & hope all is well with you and yours,
