Dear Friends,

The HamCon Colorado 2009 committee would be grateful if you would forward
this to your club members, and other hams and non-yet-hams that might be
interested.

After 18 months of planning and preparation, HamCon Colorado 2009, the ARRL
Rocky Mountain Division Convention is almost upon us! The big event will
happen May 29-31, 2009 in gorgeous Estes Park, CO. Many of you are already
registered and have your accommodations booked.

If you've not already made your HamCon Colorado 2009 reservation, or your
hotel room reservation, time is running out for your best opportunities!

On April 28th, our host hotel (The Holiday Inn in Estes Park) will release
the remaining rooms blocked for HamCon Colorado to general public sales.
Our amazing special rate of $89/night will still be good, but rooms will be
on a space-available basis only. If you'd like to stay at the Holiday Inn,
wait no longer! Call them today (Sunday, April 26th) or tomorrow (Monday,
April 27th) to avoid disappointment. Call the hotel directly at (800)
803-7837 or (970) 586-2332, and mention that you're with HamCon Colorado to
get our preferred rate.

Then, be sure to get your HamCon Colorado registration in too! You can
register on-line at www.HamConColorado.org, or you can fill out a printed
form and mail it in. But, our discounted $15 advanced registration ends on
May 14th. After that, registration will be $20. Save some bucks, get your
HamCon Colorado reservation in soon!
