St Paul Radio Club Technician Classes will be held at 
St.Paul American Red Cross 
Administration Building 
176 South Robert Street 
(corner of S Robert St and Plato Blvd) 
Beginning Sept 16 and running through Nov 18, 2004. 
Every Thursday evening 
6:30 - 9:00 PM
