I think the easiest answer is to replace the chassis plug with either one of the UK W range or even the 12 pin off the WS19 range.

I have a Chinese set which had an odd 6 pin connector but luckily the WS19 6 pin socket was the exact same mounting holes so I changed it for that, no longer a problem!!!!
