The first file, 20+ MB, would not work on my phone. The second file, 85 kB, thank you. That is much better info than i expected ! 

Many years ago, before these articles appeared, i lowered these coupling caps on my own, but the result was a receiver that "took off on its own." That's as far as i got with that. I hadn't owned an ARR-15  since then, only recently acquired. I do have a couple severely hacked chassis, so i may have the antenna connector, thanks. 

The LP audio filter, i will have to take a look at it with an audio gen, see if i can optimize it for a single freq, like 700 Hz.
