Stations active on the 7296 MMRCG USB Military radio net today included KE8ULR running a Sunair GSB-900, KB4HG on a AN/PRC-70, WF2U on a RF-350K/355 N2MS on an Apache Labs, N2RJB with a Icom, KD2GIY running a TW-7000 flyaway and N9KZI on another Harris RF-350K AB5GG was not readable at the start of the net but by the nets end was readable. As usual, NCS was running a Harris RF-5020 with the 125 watt amplifier.

The RATT Net on 7087 was fun this morning with the addition of teletype pictures, I came in late but did print a picture that I was told is a cat.

Back in the old days before everyone having a camera on their phone and pre internet people had to build up pictures on teletype, cannot Imagin how you did that beyond taking huge amounts of time to compose them sitting down at a teletype machine and then pushing all that to paper tape. Going to assume that's a lost art today.
