I erroneously added 1241.875 and .455, when it should have been 1241.875KC + 455KC, so it is in the 1.6 RF coil range. Guess they could not get the q12SK7 to run at 1.2Gha which would have made the math of 1241.875 + .455 correct.

That is still an odd freq, at 1696.875KC, just above the old BC band that ended at 1.6, and is also below the Aviation band of that era when I think the bottom end was 2.8Mhz.
