Found a large roll of this NOS wire.  I believe it is post WW2 build since it appears to have a varnish coating on the woven outer covering.  It has a light yellow tint as opposed to the inside color which is a bit brighter in color.  The wire has a solid plastic inner insulator, a second layer that appears to be woven and an outer woven layer with red and blue tracers.  It appears to match the description of Belden 8869 which is 20 AWG, 7/28.  This is the wire I plan to use to make the interconnect cables for mil radios.

Does anyone recognize this wire?
