Looks fairly beat but definitely restorable. I wasn't clear on first reading that you were looking for the manual. I "believe" i have the manual as well as the radio, in a better condition, but i may have sold the radio years ago. It may be a good long time til i rediscover the manual. I want to downsize hardware before moving back to northern Washington state.
Years ago on the WSNo.19 group out of UK, someone posted about a Spain converted TRC-109 sold to the fishing fleet. I sure would have liked to have a photo of that, but the poster disappeared again to whatever depths, like a diving whale after blowing. No reply.

There was an electronics museum on E coast that in last few months had a deaccession sale which included a Spanish control labels Westinghouse model 'HR'  "handy radio" which was the industrial market focused  single band predecessor to the USN type TBY radio. I wrote them an email; no answer. No remote bidding. So be it ! I can only try to do my part.
