I have seen this receiver modified to work as an early alert receiver for volunteer firemen to call them to the firehouse.  There must have been tons of these radios made for WW2.

It's an ILS localizer receiver. The up down indication is driven by the glide slope receiver. As long as it has the correct crystals, it will still work at airfields that still have the traditional ILS system.

All neccesary accessories including plugs, control box, and 2 indicators... one NIB (Left/Right needle on a single meter plus an Up/Down needle to be connected to an altimeter). Also a copy of the manual, Army Air Forces T.O. 08-10-104
