I want to remove some rust from the bottom of a radio battery box, but not remove, or at least damage as little as possible of the

95% remaining paint above this level. What do you recommend to neutralize or remove this rust ?

I see a product shown via Youtube, miraculous results, but….after being a sucker a number of times, i find my skeptical threshold

is raised.
