Yes, as I posted on the Facebook groups today, it's a model 10MT transmitter,   which along with the mating 4SR receiver was briefly used for police communications.   10 watts of AM with a 6L6 PA and 6N7 modulator,  claimed to be able to be usable from 1.6 to 60 MHz with suitable plug-in coils.     I'd post a picture but - this is QTH.net so you'll have to try to find them on FB.
