Just from looking and guessing, the half with the large variable is the transmit side, either band switched by the rotary on that end or just tapping the large toroid for matching. The antenna output is the screw with knurled nut. It has a pushbutton on the side for the key and a crystal socket. The back half is the receiver with a volume control and a phone jack output, and is either multiband judging from the rotary switch full of toroids, or that and the small variable tunes the full length of on band. One thing that is not obvious if it is a CW rig is a BFO circuit that should have an inductor. Replace the bad tube, put a crystal in it and fire it up. Looks like all it needs is filament, B+, and ground.
