I have a friend from MY home town in Conn. who just got his general licence and has a KWM 2 that is receiving fine but there is no output. He has replaced the capacitors in the power supply using a kit design for KWM2.  He has 800 volts at finals and he has proper bias voltages. The relays are pulling in when in the tune mode. He has scope the tune signal at the finals and he has signal there.

Is there something else he should be looking for? Is there anyone in the Conn area that could look at the radio he’d be willing to drive to them.
