Remove the handle and nut securing the switch then move the switch back a bit to give you some room?

BC348 IF tuning tool ?  I have a Straw type tuning tool I use to adjust
the bottom of the IF transformers.

The tuning tool I use is "standard" off the shelf tool, its basically a
tough straw with a metal insert.

Anyone have a tool that can sneak through the switch to tweak the IF
transformer?

A picture, with a description would help.

I  may have to make one out of a chopstick ?
