The manual just gives it as is-116.

I think it has two scales maybe 0-100 and 

0 - 5....I'm just making an educated guess by what I can read in the manual description in operating the radio.

The schematic shows 3 connections on the meter..guessing a common and one for HV and the other LV

This is for the BC-227 receiver.

Any help much appreciated..
