I have a surplus dealer leaflet that sez you can
tweak the final and cover 40 meters as well. However the rec
tuning is pretty "fast" as is. It's almost like a toy radio in
its simplicity.
I had the "Swedish set" and maybe the most
complete 288 set around, let my brother sell them for me. I sort
of regret that now, but i tend to regret selling anything that
is "cool". I do have enough splendiforous projects left and i do
absolutely not want to end up leaving a huge mess like the
deceased owners of the irrationally huge estates whose sales i
attended in 2024.
