Off topic sort of - I recently got email from someone saying he had been told that the 1200' tower at the Navy's VLF transmitter site in Guardamar Spain was erected by members of an American Indian tribe from Oklahoma. Have you ever heard anything like that?

I know that Mohawk Indians were famous for working on skyscrapers and bridges in the US and Canada but they were from the northeast and not Oklahoma.
