False alarm. Went back to my 1951 Allied catalog and found the 78S-5S is a chassis mount round Bakelite type rather than the wafer insulation like yours.

Building up a couple battery packs for MAB radios and need more of these. Also similar to what’s used on the battery pack on the BC-474 radios (receiver) except that’s a four pin missing the one loan top pin.
