Pages 40 to 42 have some information about WWII US shortwave broadcasts to Axis occupied countries.

The article seems to say that “low speed Morse code” news broadcasts to resistants had greater influence than regular international broadcasting.

I think, based on my readings, that this is surely mistaken.
