This is my go-to place for cold war aircraft information. From about 1950 and later, aircraft electronics is listed, earlier aircraft not so much detail. For the SBD, the only electronics mentioned is ASB radar and IFF, no mention of communications radios. This seems to hold for both Navy and AAF WW2 aircraft but I haven't checked all listings.
The original site was lost during an upgrade but the Wayback machine archived the old site. Later when the site was relaunched, some of the original info was lost but some new information was added. It is a mixed bag. See: https://www.generalstaff.org/CDA/Aircraft.htm
