I think I solved the problem of no voice operation in voice emission switch I get mcw, cw is ok and mcw works in the mcw position.

 

anyone have one of these?  28v dpdt coil resistance 135 ohms 12 amp voice relay 

Graybar HRX-1 or Leach Relay 1087-W or Guardian 36457

 

2-3/4x1-5/8x2 inch. 4 holes. solder terminals

 

believe it or not theres an NSN on this 5945-00-502-6644 for Leach
