Here's an odd one.....
Thia LS-10 has had its front panel and speaker replaced to house the radio compass unit.
I have the radio compass and it has a pair of cinch-jones connectors on the back. This repackaged unit has a 7 pin connector on the back, so I assume it interfaced to the compass in some fashion. Maybe someone wanted a portable radio compass?
No idea what the knob to the right of the compass is for, as the compass dial is rotated by the control on the unit's upper right.
