I also know nothing about the gear or the listing. I do find it a bit odd that it’s listed in Syracuse rather than Rochester. Yes, it could be listed in both places.

If it’s listed by somebody in Syracuse and stored in Brockport …. hooking up to get things could be a bit of a hassle.
