Looks for me like it's a power amp from some RF generator or transmitter in the upper shortwaves or the lower (tactical) VHF range.
I have a board with cage code indicating it is made by Raytheon.
The serial number (X001) indicates prototype.
The assembly number is G525023-1.
The board number is the same.
It looks to be a power amplifier of some sort with two devices present (SRF4053P), large flange mount.
Attached is a picture, if the list will accept it.
Any ideas as to what this is.
Google was no help.
Thanks Glenn
