Yes, he did. He just didn't have the technical part down, even tho he did have a ham license. The article i particularly criticized was about hearing German panzer nets all the way in USA. One main illustration was a photo of US M-48 tanks of the Bundeswehr. Kneitel explained to me, i didn't have what it takes to be a 'photo editor'. But Pop Comm seemed to be a shoestring operation then. Ditto for that CB magazine he ran. It was terrible, about zero content, but how much actual content can you have in a CB magazine ?
