I was at a ham’s storage unit recently and among the numerous items were 2 ART-13. I had only limited time and limited interest in these,

but one i looked at, looked good, unhacked. I personally have zero interest in owning an ART-13, my only interest would be getting it for

someone else, like “saving it from the thundering herd” at an open to the public yard sale. There is a very small number of people i do

charity, free work for. So what price range should i consider, that i can resell the transmitter and not lose my shirt, considering the much

work to pack up such an item? ( The local market in Oregon is too small to move such items. )

There is also an RAS, which i am going to pick up for a friend, and an HRO-MX, which i will get for my own purposes. I saw an old Lysco

transmitter, no cabinet, which i am thinking i will provide a home for. Otherwise i just don’t see it would have a good fate.

I did already buy 2 boxes of manuals. Paper is your best buy, i think: easy to utilize, easy to store away, never needs new capacitors.
