I recently found out through another forum, something I've
actually known since the beginning, but forgot, all a qth.net
owner/moderator has to do it turn on "Allow attachments".
The longwave forum I'm on did it in the late 90's, and recently
increased the file size limit considerably. Seems qth.net forums
still have the CW/300 baud dial-up $3 a minute to connect
mentality.

The Mailman List Server used on qth.net and elsewhere, kinda wakes
up in 1995. If anybody cares, this is easy to fix. I've been
doing this on lists I manage on qth.net since 2014 with no
complaints or side effects.
