1. What are the HRO type receivers with the nameplate about halfway down on the right, versus on the others at the right

front panel top ?

2. Some of the HRO types have what looks like a “black metal shield type meter frame”, or am i imagining this, unfamiliar with this ?
3. What is the 3 knob, 1930s looking LF receiver ?
