I found in my cached stuff a tube caddy full of lytic caps, maybe a couple hundred both new and RFE (removed from equipment ). Lacking a cap tester at this adress, i wonder what if any criteria i apply to a first level sorting of these. I think the RFE ones get tossed. How about the big "computer grade" lytics, do they last well? Are there any makers etc. whose caps are more likely to fail ? How far back in time should i keep ( no testing available here. )

Also i have a box of maybe 1000 more or less of "postage stamp" type caps. First level sorting, which makes and marks are bad news and can be tossed without second thoughts ?
