Looks to me like and RBS receiver.
We have one in the boat.
Pic attached.
Hello,
A friend of mine was willed some property that has many interesting items in various buildings. He knew that I am a Ham radio operator so he let me look through the various items on the property. No, I could not have the 1930 Ford Model A convertible!!
Along with the TV-3A tube tester, I found an interesting US Navy receiver.
Externally, it could use a good scrubbing and a new plastic lens that covers the tuning scale (Yellowed). As shown in the attached pictures, the chassis is in great condition.
Looking at the attached pictures, perhaps someone my know what the model/make
is. I believe is noticed it tuned approx. 3.2 - 22 mHz. Not 100% sure.
Sorry to say, I could not locate any power supplies (yet).
I am not planning to "Restore" the receiver. I probably will bring it to the "Mike and Key" Hamvention at Puyallup Wa. next year.
Thanks for any information.
