Hi John - I haven't ever seen one of those C-6249 controllers (sub gear doesn't turn up surplus as often as surface ship stuff). Pretty sure I don't have a NAVSHIPS 95768 manual but will double-check and also check with some friends.

What type of C to C cables do you need? - I know I used to have some.

Hi Nick.

I enlisted in 1975 and did a career in the Navy, retiring as ETCS(SW).  My first duty station was an AN/FRT-24 transmitter site in Bermuda and finished my career at MOTU-15 in  Seattle supporting US Navy and US Coast Guard ships in the North Pacific.

I have been a ham since 1971 (original call WN7ULT) and recently was asked to join the club W7SUB, primarily due to my Navy experience.

We are trying to repair/restore some of the original equipment on the USS Blueback (SS-581) and I am running into issues finding any details on the AN/BRA-11 antenna group.  The primary focus is on the C-6249 coupler/controller.  Would you by chance have or know anyone that may be able to provide a schematic or info?

The sub is a Barbel class and has an interesting mix of late 50's through late 80's communications & RDF equipment along with a small shed of misc equipment that was donated/given to the club.

There are 2 of the SB-3047/BRC panels but finding the type C to type C cables is proving to be very difficult.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
