I was looking for information on a W.E. telephone test set a friend has,
( my advice: get rid of it, now ) and came up with this odd thing. Navy
test report on model CXL equipment, 1936, 30 – 60 MHz, 50 watt out,
A1 and A3 pair. I gather, a test and development model for later TBS
type.
